Last day of the meeting and the longest webinar.
What's the point of arguing for the sake of arguing? Even our chairman thinks it's unreasonable, do we not care about our reputation? Not just personal reputation, but also the company as a whole. And those are more important than KPIs.
To achieve a goal may take multiple meetings and several WFs. An effective WF should be just 2 or 3 pages long. Each one records the consensus reached in that meeting. Strive for consensus while reducing divergence. One by one, the goal is reached. QC teaches us a lesson: how an apparently harmless agreement in an early WF comes back to bite us. A WF of a dozen pages is a joke.
Can't believe a senior delegate would attack one representing another Chinese company "misleading"? It's got personal and annoyed the other party. Is it an issue of attitude or language? It's better to avoid gettting personal in the battle of arguments. Firstly, avoid calling delegates' names. Use the company name or Mr. Chairman.
